The Downstairs Deli at The Quay Co-op is located in our Sullivan’s Quay Shop, in the heart of Cork city.
Our deli counter offers delicious breakfasts, lunches, sandwiches, salads and desserts; a wide range of vegetarian or vegan.
Our coffee is made with care and expertise and is available with a range of vegan milks. We have a choice of Fair-Trade Coffee, Yogi, Pukka and Clipper Herbal and Fruit teas as well as our housemade smoothies and drinks.
Currently everything is available to-go but we really look forward to welcoming you back to eat in with us and enjoy our wraps, bagels, vegan sausage rolls and fresh daily salads.
We’ve lots of gluten-friendly & nut-free options available too. We have Belgian Chocolate Brownies, Caramel Slices, Vegan Cheesecakes and of course our must have Carrot Cake.
Our local supplier counter at the moment features The Little Milk Company’s Organic Mature Cheddar & Award-Winning Organic Blue as well as Coleville Dairy Irish Farm’s Halloumi, all available to take home.
We have a great range of breads, scones and rolls made every day in our in-house Bakery available in The Deli. Spelt Yeast and Soda Loaves, Granary and Multi Seed and our popular San Francisco Sourdough breads as well as our legendary Red Berry Scones and Cheese Bagels are available every morning. You can also have them sliced to take home.
All our takeaway packaging is compostable – our salad tubs are made from corn starch and our cups and napkins are made from recycled paper, manufactured in Ireland out of 100% recycled paper pulp.
