These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which will apply to your purchase of supplements, herbal remedies, skin care products, foods, essential oils and other goods (“Goods”) from our website at www.quaycoop.com (the “Website”) These Terms form the basis of a legally binding contract between The Quay Co-Op and you. Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them and buying anything from the Website. We reserve the right to change the Terms under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these Terms and published on the website. Information about the Website and the Goods
The Website and the information on it, has been produced with the best interests of customers in mind. However, the information contained on our Website and product pages may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, for which we accept no liability. We will try and make sure that all information on the Website including description of the Goods and listed prices are accurate and correct at all times. However mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any error on the Website.
Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the Website. By accepting these Terms you also agree to the notices and disclaimers that are set out elsewhere on the Website.
The information on the Website should be used for guideline purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice or used to self-diagnose. We do not recommend the use of vitamin supplements, homeopathy, herbal products or any products purchased from Nourish in place of qualified medical advice. Care should be taken when treating children, during pregnancy, or any ongoing disease or illness and we recommend you seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Your use of any information or materials on the Website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Website meet your specific requirements. It is important that you read and understand the label/packaging of any product you purchase from The Quay Co-Op before consumption or use. The onus is on you to ensure you are satisfied to consume the purchased product.
Placing Orders Online
Orders can be made online at times that are convenient to you. However please note that orders will only be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The Quay Co-op reserves the right to refuse to sell or supply goods to any person or company for any reason.
When payment for goods and delivery charges if any, have been processed we will send a confirmation order dispatch email and the sending of that email makes the contract between the Quay Co-op and you. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. You will not be charged for a product that is not available. An order is accepted by The Quay Co-op only when payment in full to include delivery charges has been processed and received and the Goods have been dispatched.
Promotions and Discounts
Online offers and promotions are generally not available in our stores unless otherwise indicated. Store offers and promotions are not generally available online unless otherwise indicated. Discounted products cannot be further discounted by using a discount promotion or code or otherwise.
Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by The Quay Co-op. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.
Credit Card Security
All transactions are processed by Stripe Payment Services. Click here for more information. All transactions are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed on any other party.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login, password and all other details in relation to your account are correct and remain confidential at all times.
For your security, we will deliver only to the address given for any particular order. There must be a person over 16 years of age to sign for each order. Where there are any alcoholic products in an order then the person who signs for the order must be over 18 years of age. Delivery will not be made to public areas such as driveways, yards, apartment stairways or vehicles. Only occupied residences will be accepted for delivery.
Only addresses within the delivery area of The Quay Co-op will be accepted for delivery. Where an order is accepted to an address to which delivery is not possible, contact will be made and no charge will be made. Delivery will be made any time during the agreed delivery period. Where a delivery is attempted but not possible, the delivery staff will leave notification of attempted delivery and will make contact to re-arrange. A charge may apply where a return visit is required for delivery, however every attempt will be made to deliver without a need to re-charge.
