Upstairs at The Quay Coop, you’ll find My Goodness – one of Cork’s best-loved names in plant-based food and a natural fit for the Coop’s long-standing ethos of good food, sustainability and community.

Founded in Cork in 2014, My Goodness is a vegan, zero-waste food company built around a simple idea: food for everyone, in spaces for everyone. Today, alongside its presence in the English Market and at Cork farmers’ markets, My Goodness has made its home here at 24 Sullivan’s Quay.

Expect vibrant, flavour-packed food made with imagination and plenty of personality.

The menu brings together hearty brunch dishes, fresh salads, toasties, nachos, smoothies and sweet treats, with plenty of gluten-free options available too. From smoked BBQ beans and kimchi cheesy tofu toasties to colourful bowls and My Goodness’s much-loved nachos, this is plant-based food designed to be satisfying, generous and full of flavour.
