Patak’s Madras Spice Paste is custom-prepared for the famous Chicken Madras dish. This unique recipe is named after the South-Indian metropolitan city Madras (now Chennai) where this dish was very popular. This spice paste is a tomato-based variant of many methods by which Madras chicken dish can be prepared. Along with tomato, the curry paste deliciously blends the coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilli spices.
