Prepack Organic Soya Flour (500g)

Description

Soya flour is made from finely grinding soya beans into a powder. Pale yellow in colour, it has a slightly nutty aroma.

This flour is high in protein and fibre! Although it is not certified to be gluten free, it is naturaly freee in gluten.

Soya flour can be used to thicken up sauces and in baking, similarly to other flours.
