Organic-dynamic goes a step further than organic: Demeter-certified farmers must meet extra high standards. A German family business has been making freshly squeezed juices since 1936. They buy the biodynamic fruit from biodynamic growers who work year after year to build a living soil from which they and the generations after them can harvest. This freshly squeezed juice consists of the juice of two grapefruit types: the yellow and the sweetie. The bitter gel grapefruit juice is complemented by the sweeter taste of the sweetie. This is a cross between a grapfruit and a pomelo. This juice is rich in vitamin C and is freshly squeezed, without the use of concentrate.
