Billington’s Dark Muscovado Sugar is a natural unrefined cane sugar. This muscovado sugar has been very carefully produced to help lock in the natural molasses of the sugar cane. This is what gives this sugar its unique richness, colour and depth of flavour. This sugar works particularly well in rich, dark chocolate cakes, fruit cakes and brownies. It also adds a unique depth and richness to marinades.
